Classes to suit any schedule
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines gymanastics, cardio and weighlifting. Classes or Workouts of the Day (WODs) generally last less than an hour and are programmed for constant variation, high intensity and functional movements. Our programming aims to improve your capacity in the 10 components of fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The result are a lifestyle of physical fitness and increased vitality.
When can you train?
