CrossFit is a training program that combines weightlifting, mono-structural cardio, and gymnastic movements. Classes or Workouts of the Day (WODs) generally last less than an hour and are programmed for constant variation, functional movements performed at high intensity. Our programming aims to improve your capacity in the 10 components of fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The results are a lifestyle of physical fitness and increased vitality.

If you are visiting the area for business or leisure and want to drop in for a session we would love to see you! Give us a call or drop us an email so we can send you our waiver ahead of time and reserve you a spot in one of our classes. Drop in prices are $25/ 1 session or $40/ 2 sessions.
